In 2001 SDNI's President provided free management con
sulting services to friends and colleagues,
who
all said he should be doing this full time. He evaluated the
market and found there was not any
software providing the training given by consultants, with
automated forms, and simple daily exercises.
So, taking a concept from the book “From
Good to Great” SDNI's President examined what he was good at,
what he enjoyed doing, and what made economic sense. He is skilled
in leadership, software development, and systems
management/improvement. He also
enjoys developing software and helping people become better
supervisors. He combined these into an economic enterprise and
created Team Leader Tools and Training.
Operating from San Antonio, SDNI L.L.C.
provides services to small businesses, Human Resource and Training
departments of larger organizations, the federal government and
Department of Defense.
