Import MS Outlook Calendar Reminders

 

Click here to start the process.

 

  1. Save the file to your local directory
    1. For example save it as C:\Calendar.pst
  2. Open Microsoft Outlook
  3. Select File
    1. Import and Export
    2. Opens the Import and Export Wizard
  4. Choose “Import from another program or file”
  5. Select Next
    1. Opens the Import File window
  6. Select “Personal Folder File (.pst)”
  7. Select Next
    1. Opens the Import Personal Files window
  8. Browse to where you saved the file
    1. In our example it is C:\Calendar.pst
    2. Choose “Allow Duplicates to be Created”
  9. Select Next
    1. Opens the Import Personal Folders window
  10. Choose the “30_Days” calendar item
  11. Select “Import items into the current folder”
  12. Select “Personal Folders”
  13. Select Finish
  14. The calendar items will merge with your Microsoft outlook reminders
  15. Finished
